Key Responsibilities:
 Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all office activities.
 Provide personal assistance to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
 Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive team.
 Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
 Support HR-related activities such as onboarding and office policy compliance.
 Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a productive environment.
 Travel for business trips when required to assist the leadership team with on-site meetings, conferences, or events.

Requirements:
 Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 Willingness and ability to travel for business trips as needed.
