Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all office activities.
Provide personal assistance to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive team.
Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Support HR-related activities such as onboarding and office policy compliance.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a productive environment.
Travel for business trips when required to assist the leadership team with on-site meetings, conferences, or events.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Willingness and ability to travel for business trips as needed.
