Registration

1- Please check if you filled all required information.
2- You should receive a confirmation email or message stated that your registration request is under processing.
3- You should sign either the electronic agreement or Vatrenas agent should contact you and sign the vendor agreement.
4- If all the above was completed then please wait for 48 hours, and if your account wasn't activated then please drop a message for our team through contact us form.

Orders And Return

1- Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
2- Select Cancel items. Note: orders can be cancelled only before confirming by vendors, you may see Request Cancellation disabled at this stage.
3- Select the check box of the item you want to remove from the order.
4- If Cancel option is enabled select Cancel for selected items in this order.
5- Wait for confirming cancellation by vendors.
6- if cancel requested was confirmed by vendors, then it will be removed from order list.
7- Cancellation request completed successfully.

Payment

The following payment methods are available on Vatrenas but it maybe varied based on each Vendor preferences:
1- Cash on Delivery.
2- Credit Card.
3- Credit (Enabled per specific shop/s based on vendor selection).
4- Bank Transfer. 

Users

Please use the following steps to delete your account from Vatrenas:
1- Sign in to your Vatrenas account through login page (https://vatrenas.com/users/sign_in).
2- Go to My Account page of your website then click on account details page.
3- Click on Delete My Account option, confirmation message will appear to delete your account so you can complete the delete action.
4- Click on Yes option to delete your account completely.
Caution: If you selected to delete your account, you will not be able to access to Vatrenas website or mobile application anymore and will not be able to perform any transaction on Vatrenas using the deleting account.
