Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building robust, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with Ruby on Rails
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React or Angular
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
- Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in Android or iOS Mobile Apps development is plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Understanding of TDD/BDD and experience with testing frameworks like RSpec, Capybara, or similar
- Experience with background job processing frameworks like Sidekiq or Resque
