What We're Looking For:
We are in search of a skilled Ruby on Rails Full-Stack Developer who is skilled at both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a proven track record of developing high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.

Best Practices: Champion best practices in software development, including TDD (Test-Driven Development), continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and adherence to coding standards.
Front-End Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX, to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Interactive Applications: Build highly interactive applications that offer seamless user experiences.
Database Management: Possess strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL.
OOP and Design: Have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, analysis, and design principles.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our platform and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the e-Commerce sector, particularly in B2B platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hotwire, Stimulus, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and mobile web-views.
• Practical experience with version control using GitHub.
• Experience integrating with external platforms such as Shipping & Delivery services or Payment gateways.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Redis, and internationalization strategies.
